Queensland Redistribution Commission

A redistribution of Queensland’s electoral districts is currently in progress.

The Commission has released its proposed electoral redistribution of the State’s electoral districts. Comments on objections against the proposed redistribution closed on 30 April 2026.

The Commission will consider the objections and comments on objections against the proposed redistribution and make any changes it considers necessary to the proposed electoral redistribution before it releases its final determination on the electoral redistribution in mid-2026.
